MEMBERS ONLY Traditional Yoga Class Wed, January 7th,at 8:30 AM SVCT now offers members a traditional yoga class (in addition to our Chair Yoga). This practice includes movements on the floor as well as standing postures that scientific studies have shown improve flexibility, strength, balance, stress relief, and overall quality of life. Our class is gentle for seniors, featuring warmups, balancing exercises, and asanas (postures) that help you move more freely and feel refreshed. Maryann is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience, having studied many different schools of yoga in this country and in England.
