Each class is at 10:30 in the morning and lasts 45 minutes. Yoga is particularly beneficial for stress management. Each movement focuses on exercising and stretching the limbs, releasing endorphins to reduce stress, and ensuring you focus on the breath. Mindfulness in yoga comes from focusing on the passage of breath throughout the body and following through with the movement of each pose. Concentrating on your breath can relieve the stress and anxieties of managing your senior life. If this is your first Shoreline Village Chair Yoga class, please text (203)-747-5939 with your name and email as soon as possible so we can send you a Zoom link. We know that you will enjoy Maryann‘s class.

We had promised to try… Please register at 203-747-5939 or info@ShorelineVillageCT.org
